My passion for this work is grounded in a belief that our interpersonal relationships are a crucial building block in our sense of self and our perception of the world around us. At Divergent Path Wellness, we understand that true joy and wellness come from embracing who you truly are, without conforming to pre-set norms or expectations. 

 

Life’s paths are not always clear, especially for those of us who are queer and neurodivergent. Our unique experiences can make forming and maintaining healthy relationships complex, especially when many of the 'experts' continue to center cisheteronormative experiences. I'm here because I truly believe that your path deserves to be celebrated and understood on its own terms. Too often, the unique journeys we each have toward authenticity, joy, and wellness can be overlooked, shaped by rigid ideas of what they're 'supposed' to look like.

 

From my own experiences as a neurodivergent, trans person and my professional journey supporting Autistic individuals and LGBTQ+ communities, I've seen how these unique paths can be misunderstood or ignored. 

 

In our sessions, we will work together to create a collaborative, open environment that makes space for human experience and connection. We’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your pace, in an environment that values and respects your unique perspective. Together, we'll work towards the goals that resonate most with you, finding strategies and insights that help you thrive in your everyday life.
