Kei Okada

Supervisee in Social Work (MSW)

If you’ve spent much of your life feeling like you had to hide parts of yourself, adapt to survive, or carry difficult experiences on your own, you are not alone. Whether you're navigating the impact of trauma, balancing multiple cultural identities, or trying to understand yourself outside the expectations you've inherited, Kei believes therapy should offer space to explore your experiences with authenticity, curiosity, and self-compassion.

Kei takes a trauma-informed, culturally humble, and relational approach, recognizing that the ways we cope often make sense in the context of what we’ve lived through. She believes healing happens through safe relationships and genuine connection, creating space to understand yourself with greater compassion rather than judgment. Kei's hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can be seen not only for what you've survived, but for the fullness of who you are.
