How much can I expect to pay? Can I use my insurance?
Private Pay
Private pay rates vary by clinician and are listed on each therapist’s profile.

Session fees are charged to the card on file after each session, typically within one week.
​
A valid credit, debit, or HSA card must be kept on file for all clients.
Insurance
We are in-network with:
• Anthem BCBS
• Sentara / Optima
• UVA Student Resources (UHC)
If you are using insurance, your out-of-pocket responsibility is determined by your deductible, copay, or coinsurance. Insurance reimbursement is based on contracted rates.
Using Other Insurance
(Out-Of-Network)
If we are not in-network with your plan, you may choose to pay privately and seek reimbursement directly from your insurer.

We can provide a monthly statement (superbill) upon request. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance company.

If we are not in-network with your plan, you will pay our practice directly and may seek reimbursement from your insurer. We do not submit out-of-network claims.
