Supervisee in Social Work (MSW)
You’ve probably felt out of place in more than one room — socially, spiritually, or even in your own skin. Maybe you’re carrying a layered trauma history while also finding meaning in the stories, worlds, and communities that have helped you survive. For therapy to work for you, it's important that it honor complexity, respect the depth of your inner world, and support you in reclaiming authenticity and connection on your own terms.
Matthew is a geek- and gamer-affirming therapist who works with adults navigating complex trauma, identity exploration, and neurodivergence — including people involved in RPGs, cosplay, and fandom communities. Using a trauma-informed ACT approach, he supports clients reclaiming authenticity, self-trust, and connection on their own terms.
