Srishti Gogia

Supervisee in Social Work (LMSW)

Constantly translating yourself — to family, to peers, to culture — is exhausting. You might not be sure what’s actually yours underneath the pressure to perform, fit in, or “have it together.” Having a space to slow down, untangle expectations, and experiment with who you’re becoming can make that exploration feel less lonely and more grounded.

Srishti works with first-generation and queer teens and emerging adults navigating identity questions, family stress, perfectionism, and the pressure to have it all figured out. Her approach is grounded, and affirming, offering space to untangle expectations, stop performing, and come home to yourself.
