🎲 Adventures in Self-Understanding
A 90-minute facilitated Critical Core RPG group
An experiential group that uses Critical Core, a neurodivergent-affirming tabletop role-playing game, to explore self-understanding, communication, and connection through play.
Participants collaborate in a structured RPG format designed to support insight, reflection, and relational awareness — without the pressure of traditional talk-based groups. This is a facilitated, educational experience, not a therapy group. No prior RPG experience is required.
