🧠 Liberatory Reading Hour—Who Deserves Your Love (KC Davis)
A facilitated, neurodivergent-friendly book discussion group (monthly)
Liberatory Reading Hour is a monthly discussion group for neurodivergent and neuroqueer adults who want to engage with books that explore identity, power, liberation, and lived experience. Readings may include work related to neurodiversity, disability justice, race, gender, relationships, and systems.
Participants are encouraged to read in advance; group time is focused on discussion rather than live reading. Conversations are guided by a few gentle prompts and held in a low-pressure, accessible format — without academic expectations or pressure to analyze “the right way.”
This is a facilitated peer discussion space, not a therapy group. Sharing is always optional, and participants are welcome to listen, reflect, or contribute at whatever level feels right.
