About the event
Neurodivergence & Neurodiversity is a recurring psychoeducational and community group for neurodivergent adults and those exploring whether neurodivergence may be part of their experience. Each 12-session series focuses on a different topic each session, including themes such as diagnosis and identity, masking, executive functioning, self-compassion, relationships, burnout, accommodations, and finding community. The series then repeats, allowing participants to join at any point and attend topics that are most relevant to them.
This is an educational and discussion-based group rather than group therapy. Sessions combine evidence-informed information with guided reflection and opportunities to learn from one another in a respectful, affirming environment. Whether you're newly exploring neurodivergence or have identified as neurodivergent for years, the group offers space to deepen your understanding, connect with others, and discover practical strategies for navigating a world that is not always designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.
