About the event
A compassionate, facilitated peer support group for ADHD parents who are tired of perfectionism, parenting advice, and feeling like they’re “doing it wrong.”
This group centers normalization, shared experience, and self-compassion, with light educational framing to support understanding ADHD, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm. It is not a therapy group and not skills training; sharing is optional and participants are encouraged to engage at their own comfort level.
