Clinical MSW student intern
Megan Mitchem is a clinical MSW student intern from Virginia Commonwealth University and will be working with clients from February through August 2026. She offers individual therapy to adults, with particular care for parents and individuals navigating family relationships impacted by identity-related stress and uncertainty.
You’ll meet with Helen to talk through your needs and explore whether intern services could be a good fit.

Sliding Scale Rates
Megan’s services are available on a sliding scale of $25–$125 per session.

Student intern services are not billable to insurance.
