Therapy Groups

Therapy groups are available to Virginia residents. Unlike supportive book groups, therapy groups are a form of mental health treatment, offering therapy in a small group format.

Queering Self-Care (QSC) is a seven-week neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy group designed exclusively for LGBTQIA+ young adults. This virtual therapeutic skill-building group features the Neurodivergent-Friendly Workbook of DBT Skills (not included). Participants will connect with peer support and coping skills to navigate your unique challenges and experiences.
